GSJ Scholarship/Sponsorship Program

Fundraising and Scholarships

GSJ wishes to provide anyone with the desire and commitment to play an opportunity to do so. We offer several ways to reduce or eliminate your club fees. We have work programs, sponsorships, and scholarship requests. If finances will keep you from playing, then you should fill out the scholarship request form (available by request).  Forms will be reviewed by our board and granted based on the answers given.  Only a limited number of scholarship opportunities are available and will be granted to the most deserving or with the biggest need for assistance.  Work programs are on an as needed basis and sponsorships are unlimited.

Sponsorship program

GSJ Sponsorship programs allows players to get individuals or businesses to offset club fees. For a $100 sponsorship the individual or business name will be placed on the club t-shirt worn by the girls to all the tournaments. 80% or $80 is credited to the player for each $100 sponsorship. If a single sponsor wants to pay the entire club fee for a player, the cost is the club fee plus $20. A sponsorship letter is provided for you with our charity ID number if needed.

**Sponsorships must be returned before December 20th.

Scholarship Application
*** Additional information may be needed when assessing scholarship possibilities. A very limited number of scholarship are available for the 2012 season.

Multi-child discount:

A family who has more than one child in the program receives a $100 discount for each additional child. A family with 3 players in the program would be a $200 discount.
